Kaitlyn Rosas is an aspiring filmmaker and writer born and raised in San Antonio, Texas.

With an interest in film beginning as early as the age of 8, she has since written and

directed her own stories and short films.  

 

Kaitlyn is an alumnus of The North East School of the Arts where she studied film theory and production. Kaitlyn’s film Holy Ground was screened at film festivals from San Antonio to Austin including the 24th Annual SA Film festival. The documentary even received a nomination for

“Best Documentary” at the Austin Student Film Festival. ​

 

She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2022, where she pursued a B.A in

Digital Communication with minors in Film and Professional writing.  

 

She served as the Multimedia Editor for 2 years at UTSA's

independent student newspaper, The Paisano.
